Athletes
One-on-one training with athletes consist of one hour sessions. Amount & frequency of the sessions is dependent on the goals of the athlete. Some of what may be covered in a session:

Why the athlete plays his or her chosen sport(s).

Goals the athlete has within his or her chosen sport. Goals covered may include short range, mid-range, and/or long range goals.

Mental strengths- What the athlete feels he or she does well.

Mental weaknesses- What the athlete feels he or she needs to work on.

Discussion and education related to a mindset that will best meet the needs and goals of the athlete.

Discussion and education regarding the tools and techniques that will be implemented to achieve the best mindset for the athlete.

Putting into practice the tools and techniques that will allow the athlete to continuously achieve the best mindset.

On-going education and practice geared toward ownership of the best mindset for the athlete.
